Registration and Payment

Before Registration

  • Starting from 0:00 am (JST) on October 11, 2022 , prescribed applications in the Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS) completed by the receiving organizations located in Japan will be no longer required for new entry of foreign nationals into Japan.

  • Whether or not you need a visa to enter Japan depends on the country, so please check the following:

Registration

Registration has been closed.

Payment

We accept credit card or bank transfer for payment.

Bank transfers are only for Japanese participants.

  • Credit card

    • Payment is accepted by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

    • Payment deadline: 72 hours after you've registered your information.

    • Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline.

    • After confirming your payment of the participation fee, we will start your visa procedure to enter Japan.

      • Standard participation：55,000 JPY

      • Student：30,000 JPY

      • Accompanying person：45,000 JPY

      • Post-conference excursion : 30,000 JPY

    • 銀行振り込みの場合は、一般および学生の大会参加費は1,000円割引となります。
      （クレジットカード払いの場合、５％の決済手数料が差し引かれるため、できるだけ銀行振り込みでのお支払いをお願いします。）

一般：54,000円（割引後）

学生：29,000円（割引後）

Accompany person：45,000円（割引なし）

Post-conference excursion：30,000円（割引なし）

    • 領収書は大会当日、受付時にお渡しします。

Registration Fees (Final)

Items included in the registration (standard participation and students) fee:

  • Access to opening session, scientific sessions, and public symposium.

  • Conference bag and program book.

  • Welcome BBQ (October 26), morning and afternoon coffee breaks (October 26 and 27), lunches (October 26 and 27), and farewell party (October 28).

  • One-day excursion (October 28).

Items included in the Post-Conference Excursion Fee:

  • Entrance fees to museums and others.

  • Accommodation (October 30).

  • Night nature walk in Yambaru discovery forest (October 30).

  • Morning (October 31), lunches (October 30 and 31), and dinner (October 30).

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation before October 9, 2022 at 24:00 (GMT+9), we will refund the balance after deducting 10% of commission fee.

  • Please note that after October 9, 2022 at 24:00 (GMT+9), your registration fee will NOT be refunded.

  • Cancellation requests must be announced to iufro2022okinawa@gmail.com with the subject “IUFRO Cancellation_your name.”
